An affordable personal training option available is Group Personal Training. All of our group exercise progams fall under the umbrella of SwampFox Training and are results oriented, guaranteed or your money back. The following classes are offered:
30-45 minute format that focuses on High Intensity Interval Training. It addresses both muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness. Formats are varied based on hottest trends. Examples include Kettlebells, TRX, Tabata, and Sled pushes and Rope Slams.
Women on Weights
A weight training class for women using body weight exercises and free weights to help increase strength and tone. Every woman needs their daily dose of IRON. Emphasis changes monthly based on needs of the group.
A strength and conditioning classe which combines weightlifting, sprinting, powerlifting, and plyometrics. It utilizes kettlebells, rowing, medicine balls, slam balls, ropes and suspension trainers. The program attempts to optimize physical competence by constantly varying the intensity and functional exercises. The results are increased Cardiorespiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance.
